COMMUNITY ADVOCATE CYLIENE MONTGOMERY ENDORSES JOSH THRONEBURG FOR CD-5
Charlottesville–Josh Throneburg, Democratic candidate for Virginia’s Fifth District U.S. Representative, announced today that his campaign was endorsed by Cyliene Montgomery, a prominent disability rights advocate and the former vice chair of the Virginia Democratic Party Fifth Congressional Committee.
Montgomery said that her endorsement was based on Josh’s unique ability to connect with voters across the Fifth District.
“I’m endorsing Josh Throneburg for Congress,” said Montgomery, “because I believe he is the right person at the right time to represent Virginia’s Fifth District.”
“Cyliene Montgomery is one of the first people I sat down with when I considered running for Congress.” said Josh. “She is a fearless leader, a fierce advocate, a supporter of those with disabilities and a woman of incredible tenacity. I am deeply honored to receive her endorsement, and I am so grateful for the way she has served and led in Virginia.
Josh resides in the City of Charlottesville with his wife, Minhee, and their daughters, Agnes and Lucy. He is an ordained minister and local small business owner.
